ADECON receives the ‘Employer – Ambassador of Development’ award

Recognition for activities in favour of employee development and young talent

ADECON received the ‘Employer - Ambassador of Development’ award, granted to organisations that actively support the development of employee skills and open the industry to pupils and students. The award confirms the effectiveness of activities in the areas of team building, education and promotion of the industry.

The award is the result of the commitment of the entire team, which consistently implements development and educational initiatives. A key role in coordinating these activities was played by the informal Promotion Team, consisting of Anna Ugorną, Marcelina Kliszewska, Adam Błaszczyk, Marta Ćwiklińska, Tomasz Staszak and Ola Skonieczna.

‘This award is primarily thanks to the people who put their heart, time and energy into their work every day. Joint activities, the exchange of experiences and mutual support allow us to really develop the organisation and push the boundaries of what is possible,’ emphasises the ADECON representative.

Initiatives aimed at school and university students are a particularly important element of ADECON's strategy. Showing the industry ‘from the inside’ helps young people make informed career choices, bridges the gap between education and the labour market, and contributes to the development of practical skills.

The award is a motivation for ADECON to continue its development. The organisation announces the continuation of its activities in the areas of education, industry promotion and team building. The company also invites those interested in cooperation to join the team.
